41st European Open Chess Club Cup and 30th European Chess Club Cup for Women in Herceg Novi, Montenegro. The event is held at Hotel Medun 4+* from 16 October arrival day to 24 October departure day. Both competitions are 7-round Swiss events with time control 90 minutes for 40 moves + 30 minutes to finish, with 30-second increment from move one. Open teams have six players plus two reserves; women’s teams have four players plus one reserve. Total prize fund: 40,000 EUR, with 26,000 EUR for the Open section and 14,000 EUR for the Women’s event.
