Koninklijke Gentse Schaakkring Ruy Lopez welcomes players to Chess Festival Ghent 2026.
- Choose between the FIDE-rated Open, the Unrated Open and the Open 55+ for players born before 1 January 1972.
- The Open sections use 9-round Swiss systems with 90 min + 30 sec per move, while the 55+ event is a 5-round Swiss tournament.
- Online registration is required by 11 July 2026 at 23:59; registration on the day is not possible.
- Entry fees: 50 EUR adults, 30 EUR youth or (W)FM for the FIDE/unrated events; 30 EUR for 55+; +10 EUR after 1 July.
